We structure, coordinate and facilitate the commercial and contractual framework for cross-border transactions, from initial mandate to final settlement. All engagements are conducted under strict confidentiality — counterparty identities and transaction terms are protected throughout.

Providing discreet advisory services on commodity sourcing, pricing structures, Incoterms selection, payment instruments (L/C, SWIFT), and counterparty risk mitigation. We support principals in making informed decisions at every stage.

Contract Structuring
Advising on the commercial architecture of import and export agreements, including Sales & Purchase Agreements, fee protection instruments, and non-circumvention frameworks aligned with international trade practice and ICC standards. Non-circumvention and non-disclosure provisions are treated as foundational to every engagement — not optional additions.
